Law

Jamiel Law is an illustrator and creative problem solver based in Parrish, FL. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design. For the last 3 years, he has been working professionally while honing his artistic ability. He strives to make every art piece matter by taking the time to consider its meaning and importance
to himself and the viewer. He aims to constantly learn about the world around him through observation and to present that through his artwork in a fresh way. The goal is to create work that resonates with others and establishes a genuine connection.

He currently works remotely with BUCK as a designer while also freelancing as an editorial and children’s book illustrator. His clients include the New York Times, The New Yorker, NBC News,
Slate, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Bravery Magazine, Equal Justice Initiative, The
Guardian, Apple, HBO, and Netflix. He is also working on his first children’s book with Harper Collins.

Most importantly, he is a husband and proud father with whom he enjoys spending most of his free time outside of the occasional hooping session.
